Episode Notes

In this episode, “Being Mindful of Loss”, Simon enters a rich conversation with Makgathi Mokwena PhD, a Coach, Teacher and Truth Seeker. Together they explore how this time of COVID-19 elicits the experience of loss and the cycles of grief that we go through. At the same time there is an invitation, a rite of passage, to wake up, to come into wise and benevolent relationship with this experience, so that individually and collectively we may the identify the meaning implicit in these times, unlearn what no longer serves and fully inhabit what is emerging.
